How EcomSelect AI uses TikTok APIs
1. Purpose of the integration
EcomSelect AI integrates with TikTok Business API to help authorized advertisers analyze TikTok Ads performance, review campaign metrics, identify high-performing content, and generate optimization recommendations.
2. Data accessed
Depending on the permissions granted by the user, EcomSelect AI may access advertiser account IDs, campaign statistics, impressions, clicks, ad spend, conversions, CPA, CTR, ROAS, creative metadata, and ad comment data.
3. How data is used
TikTok data is used to provide analytics, reporting, winner detection, AI recommendations, budget optimization insights, and suggested comment replies for the authorized account owner.
4. User validation for sensitive actions
EcomSelect AI does not aim to make critical advertising decisions without user control. Recommendations such as creating a campaign, increasing a budget, reducing spend, pausing an ad, or replying to a comment can be reviewed, modified, or rejected by the user from the dashboard.
5. No unauthorized scraping
EcomSelect AI does not scrape TikTok outside of official APIs. The platform uses data only from accounts explicitly authorized by the user.
6. Data deletion and revocation
Users can revoke TikTok access from TikTok Business settings or request deletion of their stored TikTok-related data by contacting contact@ecomselect.fr. Tokens and associated data can be removed following account disconnection or verified deletion requests.
